what to do?

1) Contact any recruitment officers or council members if interested in joining,

2) If we accept your request, you will be placed in our Hang -Around crew for at least 1 week. A member will sponsor you to prospects if you make the grade.

3) After being in the prospect crew for at least a week, The council will discuss your progress and attitude within the crew and make their decision, to see if you deserve your patch

4) You will get your own patch in ceremony.

5) Once patched in you will serve one month probation.

6) REMEMBER! Just because you get your patch, the work doesn't stop there.

Reaper crew

what to do?

1) ALWAYS! Stay and play FULL Free-Aim.

2) Attend as much Free-Aim and Reaper Crew practices as you can.

3) In times of war, attend to help all members out.

4) You will get your own patch in ceremony.

5) Once patched in you will serve one month probation.

6) REMEMBER! Just because you get your patch, the work doesn't stop there.

ladder system

what to do?

1) All people in muscle will automatically included.

2) Every 4 weeks at least 3 council members will review performance of members. Promotions will be based mainly on being active in game and on social club but also showing willingness and having good chemistry will help.

3) If a member is promoted, the following month the council has three options: Hold rank, promote or demote.

4) Within the ladder system there is no lower rank than muscle, there is no higher rank than lieutenant.

5) Lieutenant ranks will be used to help first 9 organise events, help with social club and with recruitment etc.

6) Lieutenant rank is where Council Members are recruited from.
